We’ve got an open seat for a senior product manager to help us level up our existing products and build new ones. About the Position As the Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with our product design, engineering, and marketing team to enhance the consumer and advisor experience on the Planswell platform. You will drive the evolution of the product experience for Planswell’s entire product suite across multiple devices, with the ultimate goal of improving our key metrics with the product team. With a strategic and customer-centric mindset, you will monitor/review product feedback data, mentor other product managers on the team, and focus on the best interest of Planswell and its customers.

Other Responsibilities

Engage with teammates on video via Slack, Zoom, and Google Meetings
Attend in-person retreats quarterly in exciting destinations
Attend 1:1s, small-group meetings, and company-wide standups

Qualifications Must-Haves:

3+ years of experience in a product for financial advisors AND/OR 3+ years experience with consumer finance-related applications
Proficient with product analytics software (GA/Amplitude)
Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Passion for financial services/managing personal finances
Experience working with designers, developers, QA/QC, and agile-type development processes
Like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain
A passport—we have a blast traveling together

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience managing a team
Working knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and React
Software development experience (full lifecycle experience)
Experience working at a start-up*

Compensation & Benefits Negotiable - $90K - $140K CAD + equity
